Pre-Made Hose Assemblies

Introducing our Pro-Line Series Irrigation hose, the newest addition to the Big Sprinkler product line! Our Pro-Line Series hose assemblies are made in the USA and are available in 3/4" and 1" diameters.  These premium hoses are constructed with a specially formulated thermoplastic that provides the look and feel of rubber but with the durability of PVC materials included with heavy machined brass hose end fittings making the Pro-Line series one of our most durable hoses.  The premium quality and durability that is expected from the professionals that use these hoses is now available for homeowners and gardeners looking for quality irrigation products that will last.  

The professional series hoses come in two diameter sizes, 3/4 inch and 1 inch.  The 3/4" diameter hose comes in lengths of 50-ft 75-ft or 100-ft with standard 3/4" garden hose brass fittings allowing it to connect and work in place of your standard garden hoses. If you are currently using a general purpose 5/8" or 3/4" garden hose and are looking for a premium quality option, then this would be the one. 

The 1” diameter hose comes in lengths of 50-ft and 100-ft with 1” standard straight threaded male and female brass fittings.  The 1” hoses are primarily used in commercial and professional applications but can be adapted to connect with your standard 3/4" garden hose spigot with the appropriate fittings.  The benefits of using a 1" hose in place of your typical 5/8" or 3/4" garden hoses is that it allows an increase flow of water (gallons per minute) and a decrease in the amount of pressure (psi) that is lost through smaller diameter hoses.  If you want to know if switching to a 1" hose will be beneficial for you then be sure to call and talk with one of our irrigation specialists for help with questions regarding proper fittings and applications. 

Heavy duty 1 inch Pre-Assembled Hose Kit comes with aluminum quick connect fittings (Male on one end and female on the opposite end). Our commercial grade hose is a durable 1 inch inside diameter general purpose PVC Hose with 150 psi working pressure rating clamped to quick connects with stainless steel clamps. The quick acting connection ends are very convenient when re-positioning hoses or sprinklers and connecting multiple hoses in series with one another. Heavy Duty Eagle Mill Lay-Flat Discharge Hose features a durable 100% polyester outer cover and a rubber inner liner for protection.  These hoses are available in 1", 1.5" and 2" diameters and come in 50 ft and 100 ft lengths with our aluminum cam lock connections for easy quick attaching hoses together in series or to a sprinkler cart. The Heavy Duty Eagle Mill Lay Flat Discharge Hose Kit is capable of handling up to 150 psi working pressures.

The 1.5 Inch, 2 Inch and 3 Inch Lay Flat Hose Kits with crimped on Cam-Lock Connections is constructed with premium quality PVC tube and cover; reinforced with polyester yarn.  The 1.5" and 2" diameter hoses come in 50' and 100' lengths and the 3" diameter hose only comes in 50' lengths.  The lay flat irrigation hoses come pre-assembled with each hose being tested, certified and marked with a stamp and date of construction on the hose collar. *NOTE: 3"x50' Red Hose Kits will be Substituted with Premium Black Warflex Hose (200psi)*

General purpose pre-made Irrigation Suction Hose Assembly includes a heavy duty aluminum female cam lock connection on one end and a suction strainer with foot valve on the opposite end.  The included foot valve will hold water in the suction hose when the pump is not running which allows for quick priming upon restarting your pump.  High quality hose clamps are used to secure fittings into the hose ends.  Hoses are re-enforced with a special grey helix that allows for flexibility but also provides a non-collapse rigidity for suction applications.  Includes a female quick connect, stainless steel "no-rust" clamps, and a suction strainer with foot valve.

Hoses are re-enforced with a special grey helix that allows for flexibility but also provides a non-collapse rigidity for suction applications. Suction extension assemblies are used to "extend" the primary suction line to get more reach from pump location to the water source.  This Suction Garden Hose Extension Assembly can be quick connected between the pump suction port and existing suction line to extend out to the water source.
